The owner of Kun-Muvek ltd has started as a private entrepeneur in 1993. Due to the dynamic growth of the business on the 14th of February 2001 Kun-Muvek ltd was established.

Between 1993 and 1996 the area of activities covered planning as well but because of the growing construction works, planning has ceased in 1996.

Until recently the company’s main profile was civil engineering which has included water-sewage systems, public utilities, complete systems, other public supply mains. The company has acted as general contractor and is certified „first-step”subcontractor all over Hungary. In order to provide quality in the construction business and because of the growing orders machinery and equipment has been upgraded and continiously growing. Because of the development of machinery, equipment and logistics the effectivness of our activities has improved. The majority of machinery is less than 2 years old and complies with all EC standards regarding work safety, fire protection and other regulations.

All the above machinery is at our disposal so we do not need to charge extra for hired equipment. In civil engineering the geodesical works are a very important step during the construction, this is why we have are own levelling equipment which is perfect for ordinary levelling tasks such as alignment of trace, height transmission, longitudinal and cross- section recording and area levelling. With the help of the new laser levelling equipment the technology of constructing canal networks can be faster and up to the modern standards

To comply with the work safety regulations we use box stilts/sheeting in the work trench. We have all the machines to deploy, keep on site, and move around neccessary auxiliary structures and equipment (scaffolding, stilts, technical equipments,ect). The communication with the clients, customer care, administration, the enlargment of the existing market, the preparation is a prerequisite for the high quality execution in accordance with the technical content.

Until recently, all over the country we have managed to build good relationships with all our customers. We have not had any problems with deadlines, quality or waranty problems, when we were either the general contractor or a subcontractor. All our contracts has been executed having all necesarry permissions from the authorities, in no.1 quality, according to the construction plan, and according to the Hungarian Standards. Faulty or incomplete execution has not occured, until now only totally complete part of constructions was invoiced. No penalty or damage occured by not keeping the regulations, or not keeping deadlines.No objection has raised, regarding the building materials we have used or the applied technology.

In the course of inspections and technical hand over of the construction site we have not recevied any complians regarding the quality of our work.

Based on the above mentioned we are listed, certified subcontractor to a couple of major building companies such as: SADE-Magyarorszag Kft., Magyar- Vizugyi Kivitelezo Kft., Kotiviep ’B’ Kft., SAMA Kft.,

Our capacity is sufficient for several construction works either as a part of a network or a complete system from handing over the work site to the techinal hand over of the whole construction work.

Our references prove that a skilled and well trained team of workers execute the works, which includes civil engineers, qualified machine operators, technician and office staff. Becasue of the skilled labour we are able to execute construction works, where the risk factor of the workis high and that other companies have rejected the work.

In details such as bad ground conditions, other utilities very close to the trace of the pipes, busy road traffic, nearby housing estates, which can not have any damages in their structure during the required construction works. The presence of high ground water level can cause problems as well but in this case the applied technology has to be changed. Decreasing the level of ground water can be executed by either openwater- keeping or by sinking the ground water level. Both technologies require skill, practice, continious supervision and conscientious piece of work. Not everyone suitable for the high technical and technological requirments of the constructions .Previous customers are prefering and coming back to us which indicates the competitivness and reliability of our work.
